Withdraw from contract

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period starts on the day you receive the goods.

How it works:

1. Fill in the form below with your name, email address, order number and the items concerned.
2. You will receive a confirmation by email. It is your proof that I have registered your withdrawal.
3. I will send you the return address. Send the goods back no later than 14 days after notifying me. You pay the return shipping yourself.

All rules on deadlines, return shipping and refunds are on the Right of withdrawal & returns page. You can also simply write to contact@bonsai-aikoka.eu.
