Right of Withdrawal & Returns

14-day right of withdrawal

When you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you receive the goods. If you order several items that arrive separately, it starts on the day you receive the last one.

How to withdraw

Let me know within the 14 days in one of these ways:

• use the withdrawal form – you receive a confirmation by email straight away
• email me with your name, order number and the items concerned
• use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page

Simply refusing to accept the parcel is not enough – you must also notify me.

Returning the goods

After notifying me, you have 14 days to send the goods back. Write to me first and I will give you the return address. You pay the return shipping yourself. Please pack the goods carefully – especially pots and other ceramics.

I do not accept parcels sent unfranked or cash on delivery.

Withdrawing from part of an order

You can return one or more items even if they were bought in the same order. The original shipping cost is refunded only if you withdraw from the whole order.

Refund

If you withdraw from the whole order, you get back the purchase price and the shipping you paid, up to the cost of the cheapest delivery method. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, I do not refund the difference.

You will receive the money no later than 14 days after notifying me, but not before I have received the goods or you have shown proof that you sent them. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.

Condition of the goods

You are welcome to unpack and inspect the goods. If they have lost value because you handled them more than necessary to see what they are like – for example opened seed packets or used growing media – I may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

Only complete and return this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract. A normal email is also fine.
