Shipping & Delivery

At Bonsai Aikoka I pack every order carefully, so that your seeds, growing media and bonsai pots arrive in perfect condition. Here you can see what delivery costs and how it works.

1. Delivery methods and prices

• Light shipment (up to 1 kg) – for light orders, e.g. seeds: 17,95 €
• Parcel – delivery to a pickup point – from 21,95 €, depending on weight

The exact shipping cost is calculated from the weight of your order and shown in the basket and at checkout before you order. All prices include VAT.

2. Free shipping

• Light shipment: free on orders of 99 € or more
• Parcel: free on orders of 149 € or more

3. Small order fee

Every order needs packing, a label and handling – no matter how small it is. That is why a small fee applies to the smallest orders:

• Orders under 20 €: 5,00 €
• Orders from 20 to 34,99 €: 3,00 €
• Orders from 35 €: no fee

The fee is based on the value of your goods (before shipping) and shown as a separate line in the basket before you order. There are no hidden fees.

4. Carrier

Parcels to Finland are sent with GLS and delivered to a pickup point near you.

5. Delivery area

Bonsai-aikoka.eu currently delivers to addresses in Finland.

6. Delivery time

• 3–7 working days to Finland

In exceptional cases, for example during periods of high demand or logistical difficulties, minor delays may occur.

7. Shipping confirmation and tracking

• Shipping confirmation by email
• Tracking link for your parcel

8. Delays and transport damage

If your parcel is delayed, I will let you know by email. I handle transport damage or lost parcels directly with the carrier – you only need to contact me.
