Your legal guarantee

When you buy as a consumer, you always have a legal guarantee of at least two years under EU rules. Under Finnish consumer law it may be longer, depending on how long the product can reasonably be expected to last. Here is the official EU notice about your rights:

How to make a complaint

Email contact@bonsai-aikoka.eu with a description and preferably a photo. Please do not send the goods back before we have agreed on it. If the complaint is justified, I pay the return shipping.

About seeds

Seeds are natural products. How well they germinate also depends on pre-treatment, temperature, moisture and light. If germination fails, write to me and we will look at it together. This does not limit your legal rights.

Used goods

The legal guarantee also applies to used goods. Defects that I have disclosed in the product description are, however, not covered.
